< Back to About us

Heath Hands works in collaboration with a range of key partners, key among them being the City of London Corporation and English Heritage., who manage the green spaces we work on.

Hampstead Heath Registered Charity

City of London Corporation

Since our inception in 1999 we have worked closely with the City of London Corporation who manage Hampstead Heath and Highgate Wood. In November 2016, we formalised our long-standing relationship by agreeing a formal partnership agreement and we signed a new partnership agreement in 2024, alongside a separate one to cover our work at Keats House.

Kenwood Estate volunteering

Kenwood Estate

We have worked hand in hand with English Heritage at Kenwood since 2002. In 2024 we formalised our partnership by signing an Affiliate Agreement. Our head office and new nature interpretation centre are located at the Dairy in Kenwood and we work with English Heritage to run conservation sessions and open the Dairy to the public.

Green space partners

We work closely with our friends at the LNHS on a range of ecological projects including wildlife monitoring, phenology and guided walks.

We engage with the Heath and Hampstead Society on a number of mutal initatives across the green spaces such as events and wildlife connectivity.

We collaborate with the Friends of Kenwood on a range projects related to the Kenwood Estate, such as our Nature Interpretation Centre.

Community partners

We work closely with many community organisations across our local communities, as part of our community work. Current key partners include Queen’s Crescent Community Association and the Umoja Health Forum.
