Join the British Hearth Foundation for a FREE 3-mile circular Walk/Run on Hampstead Heath. All welcome, family and dog friendly! No pressure to complete the whole course and you are free to set off anytime in any way you like (running, walking, jumping or hopping) between 9am - 1pm.
