Join the 2023 Hampstead Heath Duathlon, organised by the City of London, Jubilee Hall Trust and Hampstead Rugby club.

Swim in the Lido and all 3 swimming ponds, running between each site.

The event starts at the Lido and involves an overall run of around 4K and swim of around 1.5K.
