Come and watch this amazing FREE sporting event on Hampstead Heath on 14th May run by Highgate Harriers.

This will include the British 10,000m championship which will decide who will represent Team GB at world championships and help home nation selectors choose the team for the Commonwealth Games.

The event is free and you can just turn up at the Parliament Hill Fields Athletic Track to watch.
